Born and raised and educated in Erding, (where the famous White beer is from) Bavaria. My family consists of my parents and a sister. At a young age I started to develop a passion for food.

Participated and assisted in the organization in staging events such as: The outside catered Gala Dinner celebrating HM the King of Thailand’s 60 years of reign, catering to invited Royals from around the world as well as other high profile political events such as the APAC meeting. I had the privilege to work with 3 Star Michelin Guest Chef’s during special culinary events at the Normandy Restaurant such as: Thomas Keller, Gleneagles, Tour d’agent, Pierre Gagnaire, Greg Doyle, Guy Martin.
